Includes Weekly Nutrition Consultations, Homework Workouts, Weigh-ins, Measurements, Before & After photos and more!  Shellz specializes in Feminine Fitness and Workouts typically involve the following: Cardio, Core Strengthening, Total Body Weight Lifting, Polymetrics and More! (*3 Month Commitment Required)

$12 Personal Training ... Personal Training with our Certified FXS Trainer, involves 2-3  Sessions per week. Sessions are 45 minutes long. and include Weigh-ins, Measurements, Before & After photos and more! 

$35 Monthly Group Fitness ... Grab a friend and join in on several Group Fitness Classes each month to stay healthy and fit throughout the school year!  Keep your stress levels down and the college weight off during your studies this school year!

Consists of 2 - 3 Training Sessions per week for 2 persons (monthly/price per person). Sessions are 45-50 minutes long. Includes Weekly Nutrition Consultations, Measurements, Weigh-ins, Before & After photos ... Motivating Workouts, Cardio, Core, Weights, Poly metrics & More! Must organize your own group. (*3 Month Commitment Required)

M-F 9:00am - 11:00am & 4:00pm/ Sat 10:30am & 1:15pm
