This is our traditional group training program. Unlimited Small Group Training designed to help you lose weight, target your trouble areas, and build lean muscle in the shortest time possible. Our highly skilled transformation coaches will push you to your goals and beyond.

Personal Training

Custom designed programs are tailored to the client’s overall fitness goals. At FXS, we believe in tailoring a program for each individual client. We first determine a prospects fitness level based on fitness history. We create a customized workout program using phases created from information given by the prospective client. FXS progresses their client throughout the course of their program with guidance, motivation, and overall improvement in the various areas client is training.
